Our Commitment
We want you to love every Cor Leonis piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on all full-price items.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags still attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Email us at amministrazione@wow-solution.it with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 24–48 hours
- Ship the items back using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at amministrazione@wow-solution.it. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
